I’m don’t think they’re going to fly a flag from it anytime soon. They might place some CCTV cameras up there though for better monitoring.

The work on the flag pole in the old DB area seems complete. Are there plans to fly a flag from it? The pole is illuminated at night which is a waste of energy if the pole is not going to be used.

Any idea when the GS Civilian pay freeze might be lifted?

Currently, the Civilian federal employees are under a two-year pay
freeze through 2012. The administration has not yet indicated if it will ask
to extend the freeze past 2012. However, during this past year as the
fiscal crisis has worsened several lawmakers have introduced legislation
      that propose continuing the freeze.

      Vr, Dale Ormond
